If you have been issued a civil parking ticket by the Kitty Hawk Police Department:

 

• The civil penalty must be delivered to the Kitty Hawk Police Department or mailed within 15 days to avoid additional civil penalties.

• If you wish to dispute the ticket, please appear in person at the Kitty Hawk Police Department during regular business hours.

• If you have lost your ticket please contact the Records Division, at (252) 261-3895, and we will provide you with the necessary information.

• Payment can be made in the form of cash, check or money order.  Responsibility for proof of payment rests with the violator.

• A drop box is located at the entrance of the Police Department.
