Project Child Safe is a nationwide program to help ensure safe and responsible firearms ownership and storage. It was developed by the National Shooting Sports Foundation and supported by a U.S. Department of Justice Grant.

  
The Police Department has gun locks available, for FREE, to the public. They are located in our front lobby.  We encourage  our residents to stop by and pick up a  gun lock anytime during regular business hours.  Our office is open Monday thru Friday 8:30 am until 5:00pm.
